Shinduk Kang, born in Korea in 1952, is widely known for her sculptures and on-site transparent fabric installation.

Kang’s lenticular works is an interesting interpretation of classical still life paintings. She uses lenticular to capture the visual effect. It’s the lenticular lenses that show the illusion of depth, and the ability to change or move as the image is viewed from different angles.

Her distinctive style draws from diverse influences working with different mediums; site-specific installations, sculptures, and prints. Kang is widely known for her glossy smooth surfaces and bright, saturated color sculptures and print works.

Kang is based in Seoul Korea.
