Monica Fastag Pansky is a Mexico City–born artist whose work bridges design and fine art. With a background in industrial design, photography, and metalsmithing, she brings a multidisciplinary approach to her practice, incorporating both traditional techniques and experimental materials.
She studied industrial design in Mexico City and continued her training at the Cleveland Institute of Art, where she focused on metalsmithing, photography, and enameling. After years of working across creative disciplines, Fastag Pansky transitioned into painting, where she has quickly developed a distinctive visual language.
Now working professionally as a painter, her work has been exhibited in multiple galleries, including Galeria Azur, Art Access, KBM Gallery, and Delpuma Fine Art Gallery, as well as in several exhibitions. Her multicultural background, rooted in Mexico City and shaped by her experiences across disciplines and environments, continues to influence her paintings, informing her use of materials, color, and visual storytelling.
